Why do we struggle to live the life we want to?

We know what healthy food is, but we struggle to maintain a healthy diet. We may have access to a gym, but we rarely go. We know that meditation and yoga can improve our mental health, but we don’t do it enough, or even at all.

Why is this?

Finding the answers to these questions has underpinned my work over the past decade. This first led me to environmental design; how the environment influences our health and happiness. It then led me to human design; how our minds influence our health and happiness.

Now armed with a decade of experience, I help people prioritise their health and wellbeing through the power of psychology and behaviour science. Together we redesign your days to support you living a better life.

My Philosophy.

Layered design

The fundamentals of day design focus on the basic pillars of wellbeing: food, movement, community, purpose, and rest. These five pillars are what makes every day life feel good for everyone.

Fundamental

This layer is your unique day design. When you understand what’s meaningful and valuable to you, you can make daily decisions that help you to move in the right direction. If you want to move towards your goals, you need to design systems that support your decision making and get you to where you want to be.

Unique

As a holistic coach, I draw on a range of knowledge and expertise within health and wellbeing. My approach recognises that our physical, mental and spiritual health are all interdependent and interconnected; this belief underpins my skill set and my approach to coaching.

  • Whether you want to improve how you eat, how you exercise, or how you breathe, I help you to develop healthy behaviours that stick with you for life. As a behaviour change specialist, I not only show you what health looks like, I help you become the healthy person you want to be.

  • Challenges are inevitable. It's how we cope with the stressors of daily life that enable us to truly enjoy living. You may consider yourself to be an anxious person or someone who gets stressed easily, you may struggle with your confidence or negative, persistent thinking. But there is another way - it is possible to live a life not limited by these problems. Through an integrative approach that targets the mind and the body, I help clients not only manage their difficult thoughts and feelings, but enable them to thrive in doing so.

  • Perhaps you're feeling lost, fed up, unsure of how you got to where you are and questioning what all the hard work is for. Along the way, you've lost sight of what was meaningful to you, what you truly enjoyed, what made you happy. Determining our life's purpose and direction is hugely important to our wellbeing. When we live in alignment with what's meaningful for us, we get daily satisfaction from working towards our goals. Coaching enables you to rediscover what is valuable to you, allowing you to build a life that gives you the impact and satisfaction you deserve.

  • Sometimes we don't know what's wrong, we just don't feel right. We feel stuck - but we don't know in what, where or why. Coaching is a process of discovery, no matter how unclear the starting point is - together we can determine what's going on for you and what you need to move forward.

Day Design - Consultation

Spread over two sessions, the consultation reviews your current day design in relation to your wellbeing. The programme provides personalised recommendations and actionable advice for increased wellbeing based on the five fundamentals (food, movement, community, purpose & rest).

Rethink Your Habits - Rethink Programme | 30 days

This is a 1:1 programme over 30 days (4 sessions) which rethinks your current day design.

The Rethink programme is the first stage of the RYD signature programme. Here we rethink your current habits and ways of living, and we lay the foundations for lasting change.

£200 + VAT / £50 per session

*Price includes rethink mapping report on completion.

Redesign Your Days - Signature Programme | 90 days

This 1:1 programme over 90 days (12 sessions) unearths your current day design at the roots, redesigning from the foundations up to create sustainable and lasting change. The programme is made up of 3 stages:

  • Rethink - analysis of your individual context and current barriers limiting your behaviour.

  • Redesign - this is where the magic happens. Here we design and implement the systems that support your unique day design.

  • Relive - implementation, accountability, overcoming challenges, and cementing the design.

£480 + VAT / £40 per session

* These core programmes are designed for effective lifestyle change regarding health behaviours (physical and mental). I also work with clients outside of the core programmes based on their needs - just reach out for a chat and we can determine what approach is best for you.
